The ink does not last as long as they use to. Sometimes I would buy my ink from Walmart, and it seemed to run out fast, so I decided to buy from HP, thinking that the ink at Walmart was old. But the new ink from HP still ran out quick. What happened. I also use to get a 10 dollars off coupon, but not this time.

I got the ink I ordered just in time to put in a Tri Color cartridge. I printed a page and the coloring was all off. So I went in and took the cartridge out and out it in again and immediately got a mail that the cartridge had failed

High-yield ink cartridge.
What's red the cartridges are the same that I've been buying for three or four years. They are high yield color and black cartridges for my HP printer. I received an ad from HP about up to 63% price discount. I called the local Target store and their price was only $1 more than from HP themselves so the big discount they advertised was available at the local store. I would have gotten them at the local Target store accept they only had the black so I ordered them from HP themselves. If I would have been out of ink I would have just gone to another local store and gotten them because the delivery time was 3 to 5 days. They're big discount was not a big deal.

We have printed over 250 pages with color and black on the page. Unfortunately the black did not last like it was suppose to but, hp did make it right and for that we will continue using hp products for our printing needs. I use this cartridge for color because I want to print photos of the family from my iPhone. Good color...look great 8 x 10 's that can be framed --nice. I once got a dud, called in, went thru different suggested moves with the printer..when all that failed, the seller sent me another which worked great. When something's wrong, the printer tells you so, can't move forward. Replacement works great. I get cartridges only from HP. Prices right. refills never work alas.

HP63XL black ink cartridge
I purchased three ink cartridges for our home printers for next day delivery. Two installed and worked as expected. The HP63XL would not work. I called HP and after much time on the phone it was decided to send a replacement. Twelve days later the replacement arrived. Unfortunately it was the HP63 with reduced ink capacity. It installed and worked as expected. I called HP to send the HP63XL which I had ordered. After much time on the phone it was decided to send the HP63XL and I could keep the HP63 for my trouble. After a week or more the HP63XL arrived. I returned the defective ink cartridge.
I am willing to pay retail prices to HP for one day delivery of ink cartridges. However, when a defective ink cartridge is shipped and not replaced for 12 or more days that is extremely inconvenient. Oddly, HP provided a return envelope for the defective cartridge with a two day shipping tag. So why must I wait twelve days for the replacement when I paid for overnight delivery? This is unsatisfactory service.

HP makes getting refill easy
I don't do a lot of printing, but just as I am getting ready to do a big print job, I find I am low on ink. So now I order a new set as I replace the cartridges. I like that the ink comes in a timely manner, but best of all is that they send an envelope to send used cartridges back to them. I like recycling.

Bricked my printer
I purchased the 61XL color and black ink ribbons for my HP 4630 printer. They were purchased based on the automated feedback from the printer software. After I installed the printer returned a message that the black ribbon was not compatible with the printer. However the color ribbon registered as fine. Both ribbons were 61XL. After talking with a sales representative from HP they confirmed that the 61XL ribbons were correct for my printer and said I would have to work through technical support. The technical support ended up being a virtual assistant. I worked through ever suggested fix and documentation, none of which resolved my issue. Because my printer was no longer under warranty I could not get any support beyond the virtual assistant. So the HP recommended ink ribbons ended up bricking my HP printer. The support experience was horrible. I bought a Brothers printer the same day. I will never buy another HP product after this experience.

This Tri-Color cartridge is very good. It truly does the job right and does it without any issues. My one question is why can't I have the ink refilled by another company or HP at a lower cost using spent cartridges? I tried to use a refill and I activated a message indicating that I did not have a genuine cartridge when in fact it was genuine but refilled by a third party. It encourages one to use a different printer.

HP cartridge didn't print the normal amount of pages. My HP printer also gave an ink-level indicator when there was still black ink available according to the graph. Not sure what the problem was, i.e. cartridge and/or printer. I do not print a lot of pages, and it was empty within a few weeks. Something(s) not right.

WORKS WELL BUT DOESN'T LAST LONG AT ALL !!!
These HP61XL ink cartridges do fit my HP printer, but I am a pastor; thus I print often in color for bulletins, flyers, etc...I also make many greeting cards. These ink cartridges may print 20-25 color pages, but that's all, and the cost is almost $40.00 per cartridge! I do ask HP to produce ink cartridges which last longer; the ink depletes far too quickly. Just wish I didn't need to purchase so many of them due to the ink running out so quickly.

I use a lot of ink and found that placing my order before I leave the house is so much more convenient. I order the ink I need, grab some empty cartridges, stop at Staples, show my license, sign that I picked up whatever I ordered and leave. It's always been ready when I arrived and I've never had to have any part of my order fixed. The ink I use is always available and at the lowest prices - I've checked - ink isn't cheap and I use a lot.

My printer is getting a bit old but as long as I use original HP Tri-Color and Black Ink Cartridges my documents, photos and scrapbook pages look as good as anything I can get from a professional printing service and HP always delivers promptly to my door so I don't have to risk a fall on snowy and icy streets.

I bought this cartridge for my HP 4630 printer, IT DOES NOT WORK! I have tried it in another HP printer, IT DOES NOT WORK, I have called the company to see what could be done I was told it is my printer not the cartridge, so I went to a store and bought a 61 tri colored ink cartridge IT WORKS in both printers!!!!! Some times you get a bad product just except it and give me my money back!

The product worked well until when it had about 20
The product worked fine until it had about 20% left. I had this cartridge in two printers where I observed this. Since I have never had this problem with the corresponding black high yield cartridge, I theorize that since my typical printing uses black primarily, the color cartridge gets old and stops functioning. I plan to not get the high yield color cartridge in the future.

Works great! I started buying from the HP store instead of big box stores because I have had serious problems in the past using "big box" stores and the quality of the ink and even had a cartridge "not fit" but was labeled the proper way. Needless to day I buy ink ahead so I don't have to worry about replacements on the spot because this printer gives you little to no warning that you are out of ink. And I buy online because the stores around me rarely carry this particular cartridge. Anyway, when I returned the ink back to the big box store it was past the required return time so I lost out on a almost $40 cartridge. That will not happen ever again!!!!! So buying directly from HP store is the same price, and I feel better knowing it will work and they would stand behind it unlike the big box store.

Longer lasting cartridges
I create cards of all kinds and find that I don't have to replace the cartridge as often as with others. I have had my 3510 Series Desktop 3 in 1 printer for several years and buying the XLs not only saves me money but saves me paper as I don't have to print out an alignment page as often.

Poor Product
I couldn't print, so I changed the color ink and black and white. Both cartridges are now full. But I can print color, but not black and white. Now I need a new black and white cartridge, even though I had changed it also, but the printer still will not print black and white. Whether it's the printer or the ink, I do not recommend this ink or this printer. My next printer may be a different brand. At least their ink is less expensive

This ink product is long lasting and excellent for normal everyday use. My daughter is a elementary school Teacher and uses this printer regularly for printing out docs for her 30 students and this long lasting ink does the job every time. I buy it over and over again!

I chose next day shipping and it took over a week and half to receive my products, In that time I ran out of ink and had to purchase a color cartridge from Walmart for 47$ and it only lasted for 48 pages of printing before it ran dry for a HP61x that is absolutely horrible, so I decided to buy an Epson! Less ink usage_7500 pages on colornot 48pages and better products!

Have had problems with ink cartridges
I usually buy ink cartridges when they have a sale. Sometimes I keep them for 3 or 4 months before they are used. I have had several that were bad and needed to be replaced right after putting them into my printer. I don't know whether keeping them for a while caused the problem or whether they were defective when bought. It was not easy to get HP to replace them. I took a LOT of convincing on my part and a LOT of phone time. It is a good product when it works properly.

I ordered my ink July 13, 2020. Today is August 29, 2020 and it hasn't made it to my doorstep! HP Inc shows that my order completely shipped, so where is it!! I usually order ink online and this is the first time it didn't get delivered. I'm at a lost as to what to do next. Can anyone help in a situation like this one?

About this 61 Color Cartridge
The interesting thing about this HP 61XL tricolor ink cartridge is that I didn’t want it. I thought I ordered a 61XL black cartridge as we were out of black ink. I’m not saying whose fault it was, however for what happened. I went back to try and find my original order, but I could not find it. In any instance I have an expensive color cartridge that we may never use. Therefore, I’m mot sure if my two star rating is fair. I’ve had good results ordering from HP before

When I first bought my HP Envy 5530, I signed up for HP's Instant Ink program. After being left inkless twice (cartridges from HP didn't arrive in time), I decided to quit the program and buy my own HP cartridges. A customer service rep told me that I would still be able to use any Instant Ink cartridges I still had. This is not true! Yesterday, I loaded one and immediately got the message that I would have to enroll in HP's Instant Ink program to print with the cartridge. Not only THAT, but when I started printing with my own HP original, annoying popups kept appearing nagging me to join their Instant Ink program. Once you buy their printer, they think they own you. Never again HP.

Its only a small purchase, but living on an island I need dependability.
I've tried other catalog sources & brands that appear less expensive,
but truly don't seem to last, and several over the years have been duds.
So HP for my HP printer is now my go-to. When people visit me, I even ask then
to bring some in their luggage and I will repay. Islands seem like Paradise...but save your envy, they have their downside as well.

Way too expensive compared to buying a brand new printer with ink. The cost of the ink itself has gone way done. Plus HP asks for the empty cartridge back. With that I should be able to purchase replacement ink for less that $25.00 a cartridge.
Plus the cartridges start failing to print properly when about 75 % empty. So not a good valve for the HP consumer.

That's No Way to Treat a Friend
I bit the bullet and decided to reorder cartridges for my reliable HP 2540 color inkjet printer. I love the printer. I can get photograph quality prints on the right paper. The cartridges do not need replacing very often. I always buy hi-capacity cartridges. It is a top drawer product which I am happy to use. I know I have consistent print quality. The printer drivers are always up-to-date. Installation is never a problem.
But...
That's really just way too much money to charge a loyal customer. I have been using HP printers for my home and personal business printing for fifteen years. I am extremely satisfied. I understand what goes into the technology. I have worked for many computer and software companies and even a plotter manufacturer in Sorrento Vally, California. No problems with my satisfaction.
It's just way too much money to charge someone who is in your corner. I always recommend HP to friends. I have never settled for inferior printers. This avoids all types of headaches and problems. I paid $187.44 for four cartridges. That's nearly $47 each. There should be some type of discount for an order that large.

Terrible. I got the cartridge last week, put it in, got 27 pages printed and it was EMPTY. and that was for the XL cartridge . Im NOT happy at all. :( I am FUMING MAD. I only gave it only 1 star, but only because Zero stars was not an option.

This cartridge degrades very rapidly
I have purchased two of these cartridges recently for an HP Deskjet 2540 printer. The first one degraded and the colors faded within two weeks of very moderate use (maybe 200 pages printed total) -- besides just fading, blues were coming out pink and other colors were so faded as to be unreadable if the color was in printed text. I chalked this up as a fluke and ordered an additional cartridge. The same thing happened. This is the worst ink cartridge I have ever had the misfortune to have ordered.

XLs are Better!
The XLs last a longer. The price is more of course, but with school at home and work at home, I don't have time to keep replacing cartridges. These are the most reliable.

As a teacher, I do a great deal of printing so I ordered two color cartridges. One of them would not work. I got the message cartridge failure. I have tried to figure out how to return it, but no one is helpful. if it is via UPS, there is no office near me. I will never order from HP again!!!!

Wrong ink and HP won't help with return.
I ordered the wrong series number. I didn't realize it until I opened the box and tried to put in the printer. Then I contacted HP and did what they asked to get a return label and no label ever came. Be careful you order right stuff.

The HP61XL is a good buy but sadly about the only purchsse availability is online thru HP so if I am miidway thru a print project and ink runs low, I'd better have an extra on hand. I would highly recommend the product only if there was an alternative source for immediate purchase.

Ran out faster than a regular cartridge
I have used HP 61XL cartridges for years with my printer. In the past I have purchased from office supply stores or even Costco. This is the first time ordering from HP directly. I have barely used the color copying at all and the indicator is already showing this cartridge to be close to empty! Definitely not the High Yield, even though it's marked and priced this way. Since I can't find these outside of HP anymore and the quality from HP was so poor, I am in the market for a new printer now. Very disappointed!

The HP Inks (61XL Black and 61KL Tri-Color) are very good products, but they are much too expensive. HP MUST get their ink products cost under control and have much more competitive pricing. This product pricing is going to "kill" the product.

Cannot figure out why - but it wasn't good
Just two days ago, I opened up and inserted the new HP colored ink cartridge I'd bought within the past month into my still-functioning HP deskjet 1000. I wanted to include with my holiday cards a one-page poem with a small picture of the poet - size 2 1/8 x 1 7/8 inches - on it.
I printed out 3 copies, then stopped. BECAUSE WHILE THE 1ST 2 PRINTS WERE OKAY - THE 3rd COPY WAS STREAKED WITH REDDISH LINES. I've got zero idea why.
Decided I'll print from now on with the black ink cartridge only.

These expensive ink cartridges are the only ones that, apparently, work with my HP printer. It reminds me very much of the days when Kodak would almost giveaway a cheap camera in exchange for racking it in on the film and developing sales.

Love the extra ink that is in the XL cartridges
I purchased the ink a couple of weeks ago and try to always have extra on hand. It is dependable when I am printing out pages for our home or for our church newsletter. The colors are bright and make our photos bright and beautiful. We also have had great luck in having the photos stay bright - have not had fading as with some.

I have an HP 4630 and it has been a total work horse for the price. The ink is a tad expensive but the XL last a long time, since I have been working from home I have had to print quite a bit, the quality is always good and quantity output adequately meets my needs. The response from HP was great in shipping and they have a recycle program which will keep me using their service.

I put this in my printer one day ago, printed approx 10 pages and am getting "low ink" message already. I am very disappointed because I spent extra $$ so it would last longer but it did not. I should have purchased it at Walmart for $20 because it did not last any longer; in fact it lasted x2 less. What a waste of the $40 for high yield.

i bought this these ink cartridges to replace those that were ink depleted. i've loaded one of those purchased and it will not work. i've tried everything in HP support and the message to replace the cartridge keeps coming up. the only way i am able to make the message go away is to reload the old cartridge which is out of ink.

It is clear that HP has big problems and I may never again buy an HOP product. In this case, and with multiple tries, it is clear that HP ink cartridges do not work with HP printers, and I am out money for a printer, for many unusable cartridges, for my lost time and other expenses, and the HP people never could figure out or fix the problem, they burned up so much time that they finally said the warranty expired and then I was abandoned. After being a long time customer, my recent experience with them has been horrible.

I do a lot of printing and it doesn't seem like it prints as many pages as it claims. For as much as you pay for the cartridge, which is high you would think you would get more pages then you do.

Ink runs out faster than advertised
My order arrive on time but I was very disappointed I was only able to print 50 pages before the color ink started to run low and fade. I called customer service and spent an hour - yes, you read that right, an hour - on the phone "troubleshooting". Why they wanted to troubleshoot ink running low I have no clue. It's a hour I will never get back. They finally said they would send a replacement.

I print many photos and go through a lot of color ink. It lasts a while even though I use it often. It is convenient to purchase online especially in the winter. I'm in Central NY and it gets pretty nasty at times in the winter. It also doesn't take too long to get my ink.

A Good Value
These cartridges are easy to install and last a long time (about a year for my home use. The only down side is that they are a bit pricey, but a better deal than the non-XL ones. I got this for a Deskjet Printer 1000 J110 A. I LOVE this printer, it is compact, I can easily print back to front (manually, not automatically) and I can easily print on Legal-size paper. I only wish that HP would keep the software up to date for Mac OS 12.5 and higher.

It's not as though I have a choice for the purchase of ink cartridges; the printer requires this version, so that's what I have to buy. I don't know why an ink cartridge should have to cost $40-$50 for each one, but it is what it is. I guess that's what a "captive market" does for you.

First one was bad
I had to call and they said they would replace it. Received a bad one. Copied 3 pictures and it was out of ink. Was treated nice when called about the problem. Have not received replacement yet . Hope it does better. I put in the one from my last order but have not used to copy pictures yet.

Even as I get the last drop of ink from the cartridge, I have to remember that I've already purchased online at least 2 at a time and have a spare. If I run out that day, order online, then it's here the next day bright & early! It's also much cheaper to order online and the cartridge seems to last a little bit longer!

Good features, one disappointment
The ink printed beautifully. The only problem was that I had about a dozen b & W pictures to print as well as a 1000+ page document (text). The cartridge was used up in the first day, and petered out with only 500 pages printed. I know the images used quite a bit of ink before the text, still I was disappointed. I need cartridges that hold at least twice as much black ink. Do you have any that will fit my hp deskjet 2540? Thanks.

Do XL cartridges really have more ink.
I question whether XL cartridges have enough extra ink to justify their cost. It is impossible to track the number of pages you can print with a cartridge. I think the XL cartridges should cost only a little more than a standard cartridge. Putting extra ink in a cartridge costs HP almost nothing.

The online purchase was acceptable, but it would have been better if the online cues reminded me the printer uses two cartridges. That way I would have purchased on of each. Instead, I only purchased the tricolor cartridge, and now I have to go back online to purchase the black color ink cartridge. That is a nuisance that could have been avoided.

I bought an officejet 4360 recently, and while most functions work fine, the last page to print, virtually stops at half page or some portion of page ----- I have to then request that only one page print,.........then I can get that particular page done!!! Help!!??????

This ink is the best and the XL cartridges last me 8 months - I prints lots of receipts in color and some graphics. Just set your printer to Draft and print away.
I use to buy off-brand inks and they clog, do not work, and mess up my printer, so when I bought my new HP all-In-One, I vowed never to do this.
I am very happy with my purchase and the discounts I receive from HP in emails.

In the past I have been reluctant to go to the XL size cartridges. I had a few problems with some of them not fitting the printer. This time, I found this to be a very smart move. It fits fine and will last longer, so I have to do less changing of cartridges, which allows me to have more time to work and then print.

Questionable purchase
We received a Hp message on our new computer that the HP 61XL cartrige was a conterfeit product. The ink did not last long, I would hope that the printing capability would last longer than 1 month - but if we received a conterfeit product, than that might explain it. Since we purchase 2 of each (2 color cartriges and 2 black and white cartriges from HP at the time of our purchase of our new computer system, I would hope HP would replace the products purchased. Ladies/Gentlemen: I received my ink cartridge replacement in fine order. However, when I bought my HP Envy 5530 I thought I signed up for the instant ink enrollment card @4.99 per month for 100 pages per month, through Enrollment Card No.AFXQ-FCFF-ZGON-HFYZ. Somehow that hasn't happened, so I'll try at hpinstantink.com to see if I can enroll properly.

I have owned an HP printer for more than 6 months, it operates flawlessly. The Tri-color ink cartridges are great, no leakage of ink which has always been a major problem with other ink cartridges that I have purchased. One more benefit of the HP 61XL High Yield is they last a long time. I have never counted copies but I did get a strange feeling when I just kept on printing copy after copy, wonderful.

In general I like the HP ink for my printer. The ink produces good vibrant colors and when there is actually ink in the carteidges, they work fine. The problem is that the ink cartridges do not last very long and I buy the 'long lasting' expensive cartridges. I will be told by my printer that I have a low ink supply when it appears that I have more then a quarter of it filled yet--- and the color is horrible. The moral of the story is to replace ink cartridges at half-full at all times! Very expensive and I'm not happy.

HP Service & Dependability is Outstanding.
Numerous companies offer this type of product for less; however, I have never had an HP cartridge dry out quickly or not provide the near # of copies designated. The cost may be slightly higher, a drawback for many, but the quality of the product and the delivery are unbeatable!

the 61XL does not take the place of the 564 as one is lead to believe. I was in a crunch to have some boarding passes printed, tried to load the 61XL and had the most maddening time with cartridges that didn't fit. I now have both the tri color and black that do not fit and a HP service rep who says that my printer will only take the 564 and a charge on my credit card for wasted cartridges. And, I had to check in at the airport. BEWARE!!

Had no luck with generic type refills.
Stay with HP It is worth the cost (no problems) If there is a problem HP stands by it's product.
So to me it's worth a few dollars more, for the quality .

Tricolor ink carteridge purchase

Missing feature inclusion of HP61 Black XL
Right now if I want HP61 XL cartridge need to order the tri-color XL and the black XL separately. Sure wish the black XL be included with the tri-color XL cartridge. Would be a great addition to HP61 cartridge selection. I know if both were included in one package I definitely would order them. Also, you would be able to offer a "new product", one package with both HP61 XL ink cartridges.

So, if the standard cartridges print about 300 pages, and the XL cartridges print about 330 pages, how does that equal "twice the number of pages as the standard size cartridge" as cited on your info for xl cartridges?

XL cartridge not as advertised
HP advertises that you can get up to 330 pages with the XL color cartridge. I was printing a Christmas letter with three color photos and a light blue background and I got 50 pages before the ink ran out. I complained and HP graciously sent me a free cartridge. I only got 50 pages again! No one at HP can answer the question, "how do you define a page?" I am extremely dissapointed.

It's on the wrong place.
This may be a good product, but for some reason, it comes up as a compatible ink cartridge for printers that use HP 564 ink. I didn't realize the numbers didn't match until I went to put the ink in my computer. Now I have an open package and I don't have the original shipping package so I can't return it. Now I am out $30.00 for a cartridge I can't return or use! This is extremely frustrating!

Everything went smooth as silk from me placing the order to when it arrived to me. I have not used the ink cartridges yet as they are a Christmas present to go along with the HP computer and printer I got my wife for Christmas.

Very expensive product.
I have 2 HP printers. I am extremely happy. I enjoy their great performances, quality of the print, the speed, and above all the excellent colors: crisp and quick drying time.. Thanks to HP I can see on Hp Premium high quality photo paper what exactly and faithfully my eyes could see while taking the nature. But it is a wrong Marketing policy to sell the HP INK with a very unbelievable high price. That is obliging me to take my pictures to Costco, Walmart, and Walgreen. They are providing very acceptable quality prints. Lowering the price will encourage the consumers to buy more from HP. Hp can secure profits by increasing their sales. This was just an idea.

HP 61XL Tri-Color Ink Cartridge
Cartridge was very easy to install. Worked very well and then I got a message on my laptop that the ink cartridge was the wrong cartridge for my printer. I ordered from an HP representative and I was sure he sent me the right cartridge. I removed the cartridge from my printer and waited a few minutes to put it back in. Since I put the cartridge back in the printer everything seems to be working fine. Prints very well and the colors are very good.

As a professor, and private teacher/ business owner keeps me in my office/studio a large portion of the day. HP service is extraordinary in regards to the quickness I receive my ordered products. As far as the product itself, I selected the XL series because of the amount of printing I do. I have used HP cartridges for 10 years in this printer. They had refilled cartridges so I tried them. Very disappointed with the results so I went back to HP original cartridges. Expensive, but at least they do the job I need done.

I’ve been going to a local stores to purchase HP ink cartridges for over 20 years but recently started purchasing them online directly from HP. Oh, why did I wait so long? When I order they arrive within a week and the package always includes a postage prepaid envelope to return my used cartridges. I like the larger cartridge, but end up wasting ink because when it gets down to a quarter low, the prints (I use mostly for photography) do not have a good color. Usually there is a blue tint or parts of the photo look faded.

I was very disappointed in the paper yield of this 61XL color cartridge. The page count was very small as compared to previous cartridges. In fact I had to go to Staples and purchase another cartridge. In the past the color cartridges have been acceptable.

As a long time HP customer (I have owed 3 printers and one monitor) I have never been disappointed by your products or service in the event of an issue. The quality of my prints is unmatched. If the scanner had an odometer, it would be somewhere at 50k miles or so and it works just as it did when I purchased it years ago. These XL cartridges are a great innovation to save us money as well.

Purchased this ink a couple of months ago...colors are spot-on as well as the black ink id BLACK...photos are excellent ! ! !

I have never used anything but HP Original Ink in my printer be it the simple black or the Tri-color! You can't beat the best!

Great Vivid Colors
When you have a winner, why change. HP has the best color for my printer. I dont use knock offs and no name ink. I dance with the one that brung me. HP all the way

Great ink
I cant compare HP ink to any other brand because I only put HP ink in my printer. The reason is, I'm very happy with their ink. It goes on the paper smoothly and dries fast. I have never had any problems with HP brand.

It does the job
The HP 61XL tri -color Ink does the job, however I find it difficult to install the cartridge to the extent I'm afraid I might break the printer receptor.

Great product and speedy delivery
I tried to refill an HP color cartridge and it didn't work even though I had taken it right out of my printer to the refill center as instructed. Thankfully I got a refund when it didn't work and ordered the new cartridge. It arrived in 2 days and worked perfectly. If I had just ordered when the printer advised me to I would have had the replacement cartridge when the ink went out. Lesson learned.

Free Returns of old cartridge
I love the fact The company sends an envelope to return the old cartridges back for free otherwise I wouldn't know what to do with them and I know their safety precautions that need to be done for the environment.
