My old printer does not recognize it and says cartridge missing. I am so frustrated I purchased a new Printer from HP. I tried to install the printer to my PC. The printer did not come with a cable to hook the printer to PC and therefore I can not download the program to get the new printer to work. I am an 81 year old woman and can not just run out and buy a cable for it so here I sit with no printer still. I am going to purchase from another company and see if it turns out any better. Thank you for nothing.

And by the time that we used the extra large size of 63 printer ink, it didn’t work - it had dried up. So we drove to OfficeMax and they didn’t have any 63 ink on their shelves. So from OfficeMax we drove to Best Buy and there was a line outside the store waiting to get in so we drove home. And at home we found the HP Store website on line and ordered two cartridges of the small size 63 ink cartridges. And it worked just like printer ink is supposed to work. We are satisfied.

After purchasing the authentic HP cartridges I realize that they always work perfectly, never an issue and therefore I will always purchase authentic HP cartridges in the future. There's simply no replacement for HP certified products.

I needed 2 black cartridges and since a pack of two was unavailable, I was forced to purchase two single packs which cost me more money. Also, in my opinion, the cost of the cartridges are higher than what they should be, especially since I have been a customer of HP products for years.

There are a few items I would change. 1) The default position for copying should be black not color. 2) The position on the glass should start from the far left not the far right. 3) The print quality deteriorates when the cartridge still has ink, but is about 1/4 full.

I had to "talk" to a chat person, then someone on the phone took my order when the computer HP site wouldn't let me order. Later, II found the black ink 63 at Best Buy for the same price and got that order in 3 days! I don't know if I would order ink from HP again--it was a hassle.

I have the time to worry about that, or trying to return products, complain, etc. These cartridges have worked for me 100% of the time.

It prints out black ink as black as the ace of spades and there are no smudges or fading out on the paper. This ink is of excellent quality just as I expected it to be. I don't, purchase the color ink because I never print in color.

I normally don't count how many pages I print, but I had to print some price sheets, and it only printed 139 sheets. It is supposed to print 190. Well, you get what you pay for. I have since learned a dollar cheaper at a store is not worth it. (Note, at point of purchase, the estimate was a week. But the product didn’t even leave the warehouse until week 2.) That is not satisfactory. The only reason I’m rating a “4” is because of the item. However, I doubt I’ll ever order direct from HP again.

There was only one time I had a problem with a new cartridge, and that turned out to be a printer problem instead. The ink cartridges are dependable and it is good to know how many copies I should be able to make. I always order a new cartridge when I install one so that I have an extra, of black and tri-color, on hand.

This is not the first time this has happened; it also happened with an instant ink delivery. In both cases the bag the cartridge was in was taped closed and the piece you need to remove before installing was taped on with scotch tape. In both cases I think I got recycled cartridges and I will never order another one. If it happens again with another instant ink cartridge I will no longer use instant ink

Left it unplugged for those days and now it's accepting the ink. I am an Instant ink member and your website is NOT user friendly when you need to order more ink (lost the replacement in the move) and then order one and get an email that it can't be tracked because I didn't get it from the Instant Ink portion of the site. I couldn't FIND a way to order it. Right now I'm not happy, but this is a first time situtation. Hopefully in the future It will go better.

When installed the new black cartridge I received from HP into my HP OfficeJet 4655 printer, it did not print a correct alignment sheet which means it did not scan. I tried several times including removing and replacing the cartridge but received the same bad result each time. I then reinstalled the cartridge that was almost empty and it printed scanned the alignment perfectly.

The HP ink cartridges give good quality copies, but in my experience do not produce anywhere near the 190 pages that is claimed, even doing just basic one page typed letters (no pictures). In my opinion, these cartridges should be retested and a more accurate estimate given. Otherwise, I have had no problems with HP ink cartridges.

The majority of the pages were printed text. So, not heavy ink users. We thought this was just a defective cartridge. But, the second cartridge ran about the same amount of pages.

And there is no one at HP to talk to except a Virtual Support person that is hopeless. My printer is just a year old. Best Buy suggests I get a Geek in for $100.00 - almost the price of the printer. I suggest you rethink your customer service and not your bottom line and start providing better systems to help customers with interfacing issues.

I do NOT print real often and did not keep a page count, but compared to a different printer and ink for it, this was much better. The catches that hold the cartridge in place do not work real easy but was acceptable. The best feature is the price ... and to not forget the free delivery. My black cartridge was a few cents cheaper than Walmart, but it comes to my door very fast. (No gas money driving to Wally-world.)

Ink cartridges are very expensive in my opinion but when you are out of ink you have to get a new one if you want to print. Really there is not much to rate.

After I printed maybe five sheets it says it’s low on ink. I don’t understand I just bought this ink and I bought it directly from Hewlett-Packard to make sure it was good high-quality. We have to print test pages and then sometimes it will start printing. The HP 63 are in the upper price range comparably and seems to be lots of wasted money on what use you actually get out of them if you leave it sit for a few weeks without printing.

After waiting almost 3 weeks for it to arrive I put it in my printer only to find out ITS NOT COMPATIBLE!!! I’m so disappointed I wound up going on Amazon and getting my refills, and they arrived the next day and were cheaper. Moral of the story I will NEVER order from HP again.

New cartridges work great, but I've tried the economy, original and the bulk cartridges and all have dried up when I get just below 50% ink capacity. I've performed the clean cartridges task as well as the deep clean, but neither helped. Any suggestions to get lasting results would be appreciated.

Did all of the recommended procedures to reset and reload, chatted with tech to help, complete hassle to even try to get the information to return. VERY UPSET with this product. This is the first time i have ordered directly from the HP site and already have issues with INK!

The ink cartridge works great and I would buy original HP ink cartridges regularly if the prices were compatible with the knock off brands.

It was a brand new cartridge printing like it was an old used up cartridge, so I had to go purchase another one from Office Depot...not cool!

Recently after the notification that ink needed replacing again, I bought two more ink cartridges from HP and still got the notification. Tech support says nothing they can do and I need to replace.

I went on line a d ordered one from the website based on their recommendations for my HP ink jet #63. When it arrived I installed the ink and again kept saying reinstall ink error and would not function. I ended up buying #64 which works correctly. I have now had purchace ink twice when I should have had the correct size automatically mailed to me since I pay for the monthly subscription and ita the 1st time I've needed ink extremely unhappy
