Bought this on the HP site after I had checked other sites. Price was good (matched or lower than several large shopping sites) and free shipping without spending a lot. Cartridge was fresh, installed easily and printed without issue. Clearly hadn't been sitting around and losing moisture. Arrived quickly, although ability to track was not great. Tracking number resulted in message that essentially said "We don't know when it will arrive" but it did come pretty quickly and in time for me to print necessary page.

Great ink but wish it wasn’t so expensive or coupons or sales would be offered to customers. Also, wish the ink would last longer. Even with the XL doesn’t see to get anywhere close to printing pages it says it does on fast draft mode online.

For my printer I have no choice. I have never had a problem with the ink nor have I ever bought on line ink before. It was because for weeks my local store was out of stock for my printers needs. I am however upset with HP. I have had a problem with my printer and have tried several times spending hours trying to get a real person to talk with. Their auto response that comes on has been ZERO help and very frustrating. The print and scan Dr. was useless. I have left several of my complaints asking for help in the leave a review. I have never received the help. I saw many reviews upset that they too have had a hard time finding the help they needed. Please send me a phone number I can call and speak to a human.

Just bought 3 cartridges from Walmart for $77.00. Can't afford the XL. Prices sure have went up and I get less copies on two different printers. I only recommend HP ink because the generics I try are mostly duds.

Nothing bad to say about the product itself. The price however is horrible. When I first bought my printer the ink was 10 $ cheaper for the combo every year it has gone up but the product has not changed. You have to buy a new one to get cheaper ink and it does not work with off brands

Why I had to buy the ink cartridge.
The ink cartridge that came through automated on-time instant ink program only worked for a few days after installing it and I couldn't contact anyone at HP to have a replacement cartridge sent. The only option I had was to buy a cartridge outside of the program.

Best Cartridges Ever
I recently bought this HP 63 2-pack Black/Tri-color Original Ink Cartridges because the black ink and the colored ink was getting low. My order came the next business day and I didn't have to pay for shipping, so I was happy about that. I needed to make copies of some paper work to send to a friend that she had to receive from me quickly. So when I replacement my old cartridges with the two new ones, the copies came out in an excellent fashion. I found that doing business with HP is fast and efficient for my business needs. And their product produces copies that are clear and readable. Plus if I buy the cheaper cartridges, they will damage my printer which I don't want to have done to my expensive printer. Hp is a great firm to deal with is my honest assessment in terms of their products I have purchased.

I have tried the "generic" cartridges before with lots of problems, the real HP ones are the best. But they are also very expensive, the two-pack costs more than the whole printer did and like everything else over time it seems they have less and less in them at a bigger price.

I wanted ink cartridge #21 and 22 but your app told me yo buy #63. #63 doesn't work in my printer and now you won't take it back. I asked if I could buy a new printer that would take #63 cartridges and was told you no longer make a printer that uses that size. Totally unethical. Wrong Ink Ordered
I ordered the wrong ink #63. Should have been #61 but when I entered the printer # it indicated #63. I was unable to return it because I had open the color ink. Luckily I was able to purchase it cheaper somewhere else. I will be ordering from them from now on even though I had been using HP online ordering for years. But I still have the pack of unused ink.

Fresh Ink Cartridges
It arrived quickly and in perfect condition from appearances. I haven't opened the package yet as i haven't had time to print the materials i needed. I hope these cartridges won't dry out before they are used like the last ones. I probably shouldn't order the Extended Printing Cartridges since i don't print often and they dry out before being used up. I've tried everything I could think of to reawaken the old cartridges that are still full according to the printer.

63 Cartridges are 46$ HP 3631 with 2 Hp 63 Cartridges cost 39$. Hp I bet this review will be not acceptable. If it is then why in the world pay 46$ when you can get two 63 Cartridges and a printer. Just open the printer box and pull out the two cartridges and give away the new printer or sell for 10-20$ OBO.

I bought the ink like I always do #63. The printer said the ink was not compatible with the printer. I call the HP number and was told it was the right ink and that my printer must be dirty. I then bought #63 from Wal-Mart and it worked fine. I tried to explain to the person that maybe the ink got mislabeled and she didn't think so. I still have the #63 and the envelope to send it back, but didn't know whether to send it back or not.

I bought this product this morning I came home to copy a paper and I needed a lot of copies it only copied 6! 6 papers before it said it was low on color ink. For as much as I paid for it I'm not impressed at all!

I've tried cartridges that were cheaper but they were disappointing. Some things are just worth paying more for, HP cartridges are one of those things. I appreciate their dedication to helping keep the environment free from all the cartridges by enclosing a postage paid envelope to send the expired cartridges back to be disposed of properly.

Ink cartridges
I ran out of ink and was unable to drive due to a recent surgery. Normally I would go to a local office supply store and pick it up. Sometimes it takes a few days to fit into my schedule. That's when I remembered ordering from HP. Free next day delivery! Ended up getting it quicker than had I waited and went to store. Will do from now on.

Always good, clear results
I bought these to replace cartridges that had dried out from non use. While waiting for delivery I was able to restore the old cartridges and am still using them. I'm sure the new ones will be just as good and reliable.

The ink is one matter...
The other matter is the 3830 printer/scanner, which has worked only erratically... As for the ink, the actual quantity you get seems too little for the price. I would recommend HP in general but not this printer, and so not this ink

put in a new cartridge of color ink. I needed 40 copies. I was only able to print 32 and the last 8 were very light! Very upset, needed copies for work in the morning! your web site said I should get up to 165 pages.

Unusual problem
Ordered the dual pack HP printer ink and when I installed them it said cartridges not compatible with printer. Knew I had the right ones and after trying many things put one new and one old back in. The black cartridge is faulty. Have to find how to return it.

I bought HP 63 2-pack Black/Tri-color Original Ink Cartridges on Dec 15 2019 on line through the HP store and received it on Dec 16th. It was written up to print 190 pages. The quality of the ink is very good but I did not get anywhere near 190 pages. In fact, I think I only got close to maybe 125 max. I was printing mostly in black draft quality and occasionally in normal printing. I don't know the solution but I know I can afford to be buying ink every month for the amount and kind of printing that I do.

Best Doggone Ink Ever!
This is the best ink cartridge I ever bought! The performance is spectacular! Da Vinci should have had this ink when he painted the Mona Lisa! Thomas Jefferson should have had this ink for the Declaration of Independence! The Magna Carta would be improved with HP ink cartridges. The Pharaohs wouldn't chisel in stone if they had HP Ink!

Good, but....
I used to get coupons every time I ordered, but not any more. Ink is so expensive, and while most of the ink I order is fine, occasionally I get one that seems like it dried up a little, sitting on a shelf for years. Naturally, it doesn't last as long as usual. I just don't think I get enough product for the price.

I found the original Ink Jet Cartridge reasonable in price and the images printed form those cartridges were excellent. They were full of color and no addition smearing when moist from the printer. There is very little remaining in the cartridge allowing for maximum usage

Black did not last past ~100 pages
Purchased from Office Depot August 4, by August 29 the ink had run out. I printed just around 100 pages when the ink ran out. The ink became spotty around the 100th page but when I proceeded to print the ink status it worked flawlessly (see photo). I tried printing in blue ink as the color had not been touched yet I still received a "low ink" message. Clearly, I have no choice but to continue to use this company, however luckily my local Office Depot was amazing and went above and beyond to rectify this. Side note: I requested to know the number of pages that the standard black ink cartridge should print, the Manager told me around 190 pages. I did not even come close to that number.

I do appreciate the loading of this ink in my new HP Printer. I wish all printers used the same ink cartridges. Product would be cheaper and easier to maintain a supply. I bought new printer on sale and the ink cost more than the machine. I did replace my broken HP with a new one so I am definitely a believer in HP products.

I desperately ordered ink at 3:00pm and selected the Next Day shipping option, which I thought was a mistake! It was free and were in the middle of quarantine. But it arrived mid-day the following day and the kids were able to print out their school work. I was so impressed!!

For years I order my ink cartridges directly from HP. My recent order even came a day before due delivery. I also like that when you have an HP on-line account they often surprise you with discounts when you check out. I once ordered from another company who offered cheaper HP cartridges, but they ran out of ink much sooner than expected because they probably were refurbished. No more experiments like this. I will always order directly from HP. I just replaced an old Al-In-One printer I had for 12 ! years, but started to slow down, with a brand-new HP 3830 All-in One printer with updated features and I love it ! It works smoothly and the clearness of the print with any paper is great ! So, I'll be always a faithful client of HP because I trust their products and recommend them.

I brought two combo and one single ink about a month ago. I needed ink to print off paper work needed for a review. Having the extra ink is wonderful. I have the HP Envy 4512 all in one printer. I installed new inks, color and black. I have printed 33 color 6x9 pictures and 11 documents (cooking recipes). the black ink is still almost full but the color ink is just about empty. I would like to know why the color ink was only half full when I purchased both together. also I like to know how many 6x9 I am suppose to get printed. I find it unreasonable to only get 33 pictures.

The product is great. I have been working from home through this pandemic and the delivery is very fast. The printer I have isn't really what I should have for the quantity of printing that is needed for the work I have to complete on a daily basis, but it is doing the job in this situation. The ink cartridges don't last long (especially the black) because I print so much. But because I do print a lot, it is a good thing I can get these overnight.

I just ordered this brand new ink cartridge and literally after only printing exactly 33 pages my entire ink levels were completely depleted and I have to order whole new ink cartridges again. Nowhere NEAR the promised estimated amount of 100-something pages--only 33 pages and used up and had to throw away and order brand new replacement cartridges within the hour. Now have to wait for new shipment to arrive in the mail before I can even use my printer again when I have a due date and necessary printouts for school! Huge disappointment from what I thought were usually good products

Replacement cartridges fixed the problem!
I had bought a brand new HP printer and could not get it to print clearly. Ran through all the diagnostics multiple times and still would not print a clear document. Even tried calling the store that I bought it from and HP themselves for help but could never get it to work properly. Was about to give up and take it back to the store when my daughter's boyfriend came and looked at it and told me to buy replacement cartridges. Voilá, that was it!

This printer is so easy to set up and use. It prints great but ink waste fast so buy extra when purchasing to have backup. I have it a 4 star because of the ink but it works fantastic and I can just lay in bed and print stuff right from my phone. Sounds like a mom win to me!

This product doesn't live up to their promises.
I just changed the ink which is expensive and it says it has no ink in these new ones. I just threw away $50. Usually, I at least get 20 or so pages out of these. They say you can print 200 but that's a joke.

I feel somewhat swindled
I was still using the original cartridge of my new HP 4650 printer when suddenly the black ink disappeared. The indicator showed that the cartridge was half full. I replaced it anyway with the new cartridge and it is now printing. I believe this happened on purpose because HP wants us to use the subscription print service. I don't want it. I don't want HP involved in my printing other than to produce a properly functioning printer.

These 'original' HP Carts get the job done... these days that's all I'm concerned about. I just don't want to fiddle with unsuccessfully (as I did for Years!) trying to refill these darn things... or take a chance of using "professionally" refilled ones ~ NO good either! I just order directly from HP... it usually gets here the next Biz day... end of hassle. Nuff' said. ;)

I purchased a pair of new cartridges for my 2640 printer and they will not work because the printer will not recognize them. This makes the second time I have paid almost $50 for cartridges that will not work. Not a fan of HP at this point.

It's Ink!
It's printer ink. It appeased my printer God for the time being. Fairly certain if someone is reading this they know what it is so I am not sure what else to say. It is incredibly over priced but unfortunately necessary for printing papers. Took forever to ship but I have an older printer so most stores around me no longer carry the type I need.

I've been trying to buy this product for almost a half a year because of the manufacturer who probably got the virus. The black/tri-color ink cartridge is about as cheap as I can find it by hp but there are others cheaper. I like this one. But their printer, in my case HP Envy 4512, sucks ink up faster than four leeches can suck blood out of my left leg, and that is pretty darn fast. I'm tempted to buy printers since they come with ink. I'm sure I could resell them for the price of this black/tri-color pack of ink cartridges, and might be able to earn enough so that I never have to buy ink again, just another printer which I can recycle into more printer ink. But would I ever go to bandit ink? No. I did that once as well as trying to refill ink cartridges, but the printer said "Give me the real stuff, or you don't get a printout." So, I reluctantly use HP ink, and the 2-pack does what I need, but doesn't go nearly as far as the price would make you think it would. Maybe I will try a bandit brand after all.

Ink doesn't last long
I purchased two packs of the HP 63 2-pack Black/Tri-color Original Ink Cartridges and I have already gone through both packs just printing 2 copies of 36 page worksheets. I am not sure if there is a better alternative but the ink is expensive and does not last long.

Easy to find correct product.
I've tried "refill" cartridges which were cheaper but was not satisfied with their proformance. so I went back to new products or the mess they recreated when installing.. My only complaint is that the last few cartridges I purchased didn't not seem to have as much ink in them & didn't last as long before needing to be replaced. The quality of ink & ease of installation is very satisfactory/.

Buy a different brand printer
These cartridges run out very quickly and do not even get close to the promised output. This cartridge was purchased to replace another that only printed about 60 pages before running dry. HP would not replace that defective cartridge and did not offer any discounted rate on a replacement. So, while this new one is fine (so far), I have had negative experiences with this product in the past.

Good and bad about HP ink pack
I had the same pack on hand. I installed it when needed but it wouldn’t load after a number of attempts I ordered another pack but thinking it was actually something wrong with printer but not the case, the new pack loaded fine not too happy with a fairly expensive ink pack

Printer doesn’t recognize placement
Ordered ink through hp site. Took a week to arrive. Printer keeps saying I have to reinstall it. Did that several times, rebooted, cleaned it, etc. contacted hp, went through everything I already did then said it was bad ink cartridge. Tried to sell me more ink and finally put in order for replacement ink. Ink still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 10 days. Still waiting.

I just purchased this product about 3 weeks ago and the black ink is already out. I replaced the color cartridge as well with no problem. I have ordered ink before with no problem perhaps this is a defective product.

Although this is an assortment two pack , it has the flavors I wanted , The first shot I did was the black , smooth deep mocha flavor Excellent
Shortly followed by cherry , blueberry and banana tri flavored cartridge , A heavenly taste. I have not yet combined both flavors that will have to wait to my next order

Just got my 18 day old order!
Purchased this item on August 1st. Tracked delivery from Illinois, where it stayed for 8 days then moved through West Virginia, Kentucky and finally to Wilmington, NC. It took 18 days to get to my house. I had to got to Walmart to purchase one to begin school. My son's school began August 17th and we needed to print things out starting last week. Not a Covid issue because we've noticed this happening for the past couple years. It has taken longer with each order.

If you want a cheap printer this is a reasonable price. It just has serious connectivity issues when it comes to wifi. It works and then doesn't. It is a tease. So just hook it up with a USB and it works. Also, the ink it comes with is minimal, so factor in another $60 for another cartridge.

I like HP 63 black and color cartridge but the black needs to be replaced twice to the color of once. I don't print alot so I find the black is empty very quickly, sure would be nice to have it last longer.

Getting it to work.
Had a printer I bought for someone else 4+ years ago in storage. I needed one as mine went on me. So I hooked it up, but it wouldn't print. Thought it was the ink cartridges so I ordered new ones and now it works great.

I bought the 2-pack because I have 2 printers. On one of the printers, the color prints out muted. On the other printer, it says it's almost out of ink when the cartridges were just replace. Frankly, I'm not impressed. I'm also annoyed getting so many emails requesting that I post a review. Not a pleasant experience so far.

Arrived quickly by mail. Works as expected for a replacement cartridge. The recycling section of the HP website for these cartridges was dysfunctional, at least for a request from Canada.
