HP was not helpful.
My black and cyan ink was not working on my 8025 office jet, I went through diagnostics and they said I needed a new print head. They sent me one for a different type of printer. I called and said they sent me the wrong one and to please send me the correct one. They had none. None! For my printer. I am sending the incorrect print heads back and the my HP printer is in the trash.

Good, but expensive
Easy to install. Works great. Takes a lot of ink to calibrate. Expensive.

Printhead Matte Black and Cyan Not for Z3200
This printhead was sold for the DesignJet Z3200 PS, yet does not exist as a print head option inside the printer...The colors Matte Black and Cyan are not an optional combination color group for the printhead of a Z3200ps. Yet I was sold it along with the correct printheads.
