These cartridges are reliable. It seems that since the machine runs maintenance often on the one hand everything prints as it should on the other hand the ink doesn’t last that long at least that’s my opinion

HP 8035 showing incorrect ink levels
The only reason that I am purchasing extra cartridges was that I had a lot of printing to do and the printer was incorrectly saying that my cartridges were low. I printed approx. 90 sheets AFTER this error showed up with no problems. After cleaning the printheads and doing an alignment, the sheet that it printed out showed the black and the blue cartridges were indeed printing poorly. I am rather disgusted, as this printer has printed VERY few pages. Just got it this summer. Had only printed maybe 10 pages of color (just website pages) and now the 90 pages of black. How in the world would the blue cartridge be low already. Previously, I had an HP C6180 and only needed to change cartridges once a year with my normal printing. Thanks for listening.

The hp 910 cartridges that i ordered went to the wrong address. Could have been my error. Upon opening the first one it leaked all over me and my printer. I had to throw it away. Never happened before and this was my first order with HP. Looks like quality control is a problem.l

Maybe due to the fact that I don't print each day, sometimes only 2x a week, the printer automatically does a cleaning cycle and I think that's using up a lot of the ink. I would like a reply to this.

I bought this cartridge to replace the one in my printer when I purchased it. I print more than a little bit but less than regularly. It is lasting even beyond the estimated amount my printer says it has.It isn't the XL size so I didn't expect it to last as long as it has.

It is so difficult to buy ink. I’m on the automatic plan but the ink does not arrive in time. It is weeks late. And then when I buy this ink, HP sends weird emails about me going outside of my plan, even though I paid for it.

I bought my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e about 6 months ago. No problems with the printer except that it uses ALOT of HP 910 ink cartridges. Very expensive to operate. The only reason HP made this printer is to SELL INK CARTRIDGES!

Love ?? my HP printer
I have owned this HP printer a process for months. I am a Snowbird in Florida, and when I get back to Maryland I will buy the exact same HP printer, because it is dependable and reasonably priced. Prior to this printer, every time I tried to print on my “other“ printer I would say to myself “print & pray”, never knowing if my print job would go through, or go off-line.

I am extremely upset at the fact that I purchased this printer and I am unable to use it because ink is not available. I was not aware before purchaing it that it uses 4 different color inks to work, none of the others available except black. This is far from acceptable. It is a monument in my library.

Bought this online, and it simply did not work. The colored cartridges I bought worked, this one did not. I cleaned the print head about a million times, did everything I could. Ended up just having to buy a new cartridge and thankfully that one worked. Working on sending it back.

I went to replace my spent cartridge and got ink all over my fingers. It had pooled around orange cap. The color inks were sent in a separate box rather than envelope, and were fine. Recommend not sending cartridges in envelopes. Have not had problems beyond first print job.

Since I haven't used this yet, I'm not sure of the freshness of the cartridge. I am a minimal user therefore I don't need a large quantity of ink. What is special about hp ink is that it doesn't dry up if not used frequently.

Ink is Low Upon Installation
My problem may be technical but….. These cartridges are half size from the bigger ones I think that you have. Upon installation of these first cartridges since the originals, my printer says ink is low before the very the very first page printed. Something is not right and I know that ink is a revenue game with you. I got about 100 B&W pages from the first cartridges that came with the printer. And now, it says ink is low and I just installed them. Please advise. Thanks

the box arrived crushed but the cartridge appeared in tact. I'll keep it while I awaite the next shipment from instant ink. It is convenient - chat box simple. I think expensive. Since you got me as an instant ink subscriber one would think a deep discount on purchasing an extra cartridge.
