I have been using HP inkjet printers since 1985 and only once in that time has an OEM HP cartridge failed; it was promptly replaced. I have tried refilling, but that was an utter disaster; I have not tried using such a method for cartridges since. DO NOT USE ANYTHING BUT OEM CARTRIDGES IN YOUR HP PRINTER!!! It may cost more, but so what? Trying to save money for cartridges is, in the long term, a total waste of funds.

It works perfectly fine like ink should. The part that is discouraging is that if the cartridge isn’t completely empty but the printer deams it used up, when its clearly not, is a huge waste of money. And we have to buy more.

I wanted to order a 4-pack of XL ink cartridges that was listed on HP site, expecting a volume discount, however, I had to buy them individually (no discount). Then, the 3 small cartridges arrived in TWO LARGE boxes (??). No discount for purchase of multiple products and separate large boxes for 3 small products is, at best, average service. HP should do better. Also, constant intrusions about Instant Ink subscription ordering is OBNOXIOUS.

Cyan is the Best color.
Not being "judgy" but HP asked me to review this Cyan cartridge. Cyan is one of my favorite colors. It comes in a neat package. I sometimes take it out to match outfits with it, it is sucj a "true" color. Off all the options I have for colors Cyan is my go to. Thank the Lord that HP make such a GREAT CYAN color.

I bought the 952XL High Yield Cyan so I could reek the benefits of the better yield and overall price per sheet. Super glad I did because even though it cost more up front it certainly delivered what I was expecting and what HP claims it would. Not only did I save money for my office expenses I now do not have to worry about going online trying to shop for the right price. Let’s face it, the Office Supply stores never put them on sale and you never can use a coupon they provide as they always exclude HP Ink. I order directly from HP for two reasons; I always get a discount and they provide 1 day business shipping at no cost. I trust my printer and value it’s warranty and my Care Package Warrant enough to keep buying the best and from the best. Kudos HP.

Region Locked Ink
Unfortunately, HP uses region locking for ink. This means that the HP printer that I bought in the Caribbean won't work with ink bought in the US without changing the printer's region code, even though it is the SAME model. Absurd, and ridiculous. I will be looking for another printer. DO NOT bring this printer with you if you move. It's just not worth the hassle.

Ink and Delivery
HP ink is great just wish they would stand behind their ink warranty...had to replace this at my expense due to the last new cartridge leaking all over my floor and printer. Not happy about that and HP doesn't have any way to submit a claim under the warranty-this warranty was good until 02/2024. Otherwise I've always used and purchased HP products. The delivery acutally arrived earlier than I expected.

HP is a great option when ink is needed.
HP Brand Computer Ink is never a disappointment
We bought a new HP Printer recently (our other HP works fine, but this one was on sale, with different options, and he 'had' to have it). We always purchase HP ink for our HP printers, and we are never sorry. Delivery is super-quick too.

Hi! after buys like 10 times sets of all 4 color toner, i can confidently announce loud and clear. that this is a big LIE!!!!! the 952XL have just enough for 500 copies and the black 956 max 600 - 700 copies and not 2000!!!!
no one in your office was able to help me with that...
an other think, when the system decided that 1 color is empty, he force you to change all colors! even the other 2 are almost not used. i have verified that many times!
what a shame stealing money in a professional way!
