Expected Arrival after "It's delayed" Message
The product arrived promptly, as described initially during checkout. However, I received an email after checking out stating that there would be a delay in shipping (with no new expected delivery date). This caused me to order a similar product from another vendor because they guaranteed more prompt delivery. Only after doing so did Lenovo email me to say that the Adapter had shipped.
The product works well, but Lenovo's fulfillment system needs to improve to avoid poor experiences like this in the future. This is why I'm rating the overall product with 3 stars.

Exact match and bonus power cord included!!
It was exactly what I needed and the bonus was that the power cord came with it!! You may want to add that to the description because I almost added one with my order but wasn't sure the perfect match. I'm back up and running again.

Everything I Hoped an Adapter Would Be
This adapter replaces the original, which had a damaged cord. It is exactly as described. The black color is elegant and of course goes with everything, the fit is perfect (plugs in snugly), and the style is classic. I will use this adapter not only at home but out on the town as well, if I ever feel comfortable again sitting at a coffee shop while I lose myself in Wordle.

I purchased to replace the original charger which no longer charged while the device was running. Well, this does the same thing. Charges fine when device is off, but not while running, so must be the PC. Overall this works as intended, and not much more in cost then off-brand charges.

Very poor service from Lenovo.
Ordered pictured product from Lenovo and they shipped the wrong item. Item they shipped had the same sku but it is a totally different item than the one pictured. Tried to get a replacement with the correct item but it was a long, complicated process to do so. Returned item that was shipped and received a refund a few weeks later. No explanation or follow up from Lenovo. Very poor service!

The only reason I needed a new one is because my daughter's little Pomchi fluffball of a dog decided to chew up the original. This is exactly like the one that came with my Yoga 720 13.3". It's a perfect replacement. My only complaint is the cost. I saw some much cheaper on Amazon, I just didn't want to take the chance with a non-Lenovo product considering what I spent on the Yoga. Oh well. Now I know not to leave it laying on the floor where the dog can get at it.

One day I bought a laptop from
Major design flaw
Adapter works fine. My issue is that the wire near the point of contact with the laptop always frays. On apple products the wire is detachable from the adaptor and when this happens you can switch the wire rather than the entire adapters. Not so on Lenovo adapters. To deal with this I buy a short fabric C to C wire, so the adapter is never plugged directly into the laptop. If the wire into the laptop frays I just replace the wire. If the adapter was designed better I wouldn't have to do this.
