I've had the printer for a short time. So far it is running fine. My only disappointment is that it is very noisy. Also after 2 rounds of buying ink cartridges, I will have paid for the printer twice. Over the life of this printer, I imagine I will pay for it many, many times over. I need to do color printing. But I cringe at the amount of money I'm going to have to spend on cartridges for this printer. It seems like exploitation.

I needed a printer and I had enough dell rewards to get it. The package was heavy. Set up was easy. It came with a disk for my computer but there is an app you can download for set up. The I did a print and the color was good and text was clean. Also you do not need cables for set up just WiFi. I am overall very happy with the product.

Needed tech support to complete setup.
Ok, so it prints very well, but I spent 40 min with tech support just trying to get the printer set up. It seems there is a known design flaw such that on some the print cartridges cannot be removed (or activated by removing the protector tabs used during shipping) without first removing the paper tray so that the door covering the printer cartridges can be lowered completely. The door seems to only hang up on the right side. Not such a big deal all-in-all, but it left me pretty cranky on day one.

Best printer I have owned so far, and passes the wife test
I am very impressed with this new printer and I am not easily impressed. My samsung clp315w color laser printer died and I replaced it with this one. The print quality is great for business documents which is what we mostly use it for. I have not tried printing photos. I used the panel to set a static ip that is outside my dhcp range. I recommend doing this as many people experienced issues where the printer would get a new ip address and then the printers settings on each computer on the network needed changing. I am most impressed with the connectivity. Iphone just works, windows didn't need any drivers to be installed, linux even works well with just the cups built in drivers. OSX worked with bonjour (can't remember if I had to set that or it was default). All in all this was the easiest printer switch out I have ever done. I do not have any issues with wake on wireless either like some people reported. So far, I am very happy. It doesn't hurt that it passes the wife test for size and looks either.

Good Product
Good Printer. Software comes on a disc... all new laptops do not have a disc drawer so you have to go on line to search for the download and correct series of printer.

wireless not working
The wireless did not work at all

So-So for Color
I am very disappointed in the quality of color printing for some of our marketing materials. The colors are very dull compared to our Dell printers. The two line display makes working with settings cumbersome; I did not want to download an extra app on my personal iphone and we do not have cell phones for work. I keep getting an error message about SMTP not being set up and can't find (as yet help for correcting the issue. I have only had the printer hooked up for about a week, so hopefully things can be tweaked.

Easy setup, Fast and Sharp
Easiest setup of any printer - ever. And I've setup dozens over 30+ years. Print quality and adjustments = beautiful, speed= plenty fast. Fast enough to print a scanform for the mailperson when I see them coming up the drive :

Technology Should Include Printed Instructions
It’s too new and only printed once so far. But the setup was easy once I was reading printed text vs pics only. The pictures are supposed to be easy to understand but when a person is used to printed text for instructions, the arrows make no sense whatsoever in most cases. I appreciate the need to communicate with all languages but bring back common text instructions to support the pictures.

Great Laser Printer
This is my 3rd Lexmark laser printer in 20 years and it's my favorite one. Easy to setup, fast and fairly quiet. This printer also has a smaller footprint than its predecessors. Color documents look consistently good and the duplex feature works great. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

Quick, colorful wireless printing
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have been using the Lexmark C3326dw for a week or so now.
Pros:
When we opened the box, I was impressed with the care taken to keep the printer safe in travel.I had my teenager help me with setting it up. It had pictures to guide you with installation and my son was able to do this rapidly. My last few printers have mainly been inkjet printers. I was excited to see how much easier and more professional looking a laser printer would be for us. Physically, it seemed a lot bigger and wider than previous printers but fit just fine on the smaller table we have previously used for our printer. We successfully installed it via Windows discovery on two computers and several phones. This makes printing from several locations easy and convenient at any time. There were no additional drivers, apps or software needed for these installations beyond Bluetooth. When printing, jobs were completed in seconds. The print quality was impressive and versatile. It can print all size documents width-wise and lengthwise, labels and envelopes with ease. I believe I will be saving a lot more money on ink because I was using a lot more ink than I am now using laser toner when printing.
Cons:
The first computer that I tried connecting wirelessly on, had problems with the printer being viewed as `offline`. I had to directly print with Ethernet cord. We tried connecting to network through the keypad on the printer. I have gotten spoiled with keyboards and wish the printer had something similar for easier password entering.
Overall, I would highly recommend this printer for ease and quality of printing from anywhere in your building or home.

Easy to connect, great printing

So far, this printer is great. It took a bit to get it up and running (a little bit operator error), but after that it has been great. Connecting it with our computers was pretty foolproof, and the quality of the print is great. The app makes it easy to print. Bright colors, easy to read black and white, straight forward printing instructions.
I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a nice desktop unit. It`s perfect for a smaller office or a home office.

Easy set up - great printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
SET UP: This printer has very easy to understand set up instructions. It walked me through the set up process step by step. The instructions are clearly spelled out with illustrations, so all you have to do is follow along. I removed the tabs and small strips of tape in no time and was on to the set up on my computer with the provided disc.
DISC INSTALL: In my experience, this can be a tricky task. I was pleased with the ease of installing the set up disc, all I had to do was put the disc in my drive and click a few prompts. It took care of the rest and was very fast.
CONNECTING TO WIFI: This also was very easy, all I had to do was go through a few prompts on the machine itself to connect to my home's wifi. Again, I just followed the steps and it was simple.
PRINTING: I had been using an ink jet printer, which worked OK. This laser printer is fast and prints out beautiful copies with fine detail. I print a lot of shipping labels with bar codes, so the printing has to be crisp.
OVERALL OBSERVATIONS: This printer was easy to set up, produces high quality prints in great detail and the ink cartridges are large and look like they will last a while, which is important. I would recommend this printer highly.

Excellent Product with Vibrant colors
Item: Lexmark Printer
STORAGE: I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The size of the printer could not be described as small. However, it fit perfectly on a small pice of furniture I already had in my home office so I cannot see it being an issue fitting nicely on any desk.
ASSEMBLY: There was no assembly required. The software installation disk that comes with the printer is self explanatory. I was able to print wirelessly from various devices (laptop, desktop, cellphone, etc) with very little effort.
STABILITY: The aforementioned size of the device suggest a `Stable` product. It is, in fact, very sturdy and does not appear fragile at all. The actual printing process is smooth, although it could be slightly faster. The printed pages, both in black and white and color, are very clear and vibrant.
PRICE: I am not sure about the actual price of the product. However, unless the price is 50% or more than similar products I would have to say that his product is worth it.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. We are a smaller business that prints on a regular basis. This printer is just the right size. Once taken out of the box everything to set it up was very simple with the easy walk through instructions, except for the small hicup setting up with the mobile print app as it was having trouble connecting to wifi. (Could just be our wifi configuration). Using the disk that came with it was a lot smoother and faster process.
It fits great on the desk we have and hold a lot of paper so you are not refilling it often.
Printing black/white and color is a breeze. Color is very vibrant and printing speed is very fast. You can set up multiple page documents and not need to worry about it jamming or errors. Printing is quiet and not the loud printer sound of paper being pulled into print like other printers.
I would highly recommend this printer to other small business or families that print on the regular for their household. Quality, speed and not running out of ink as fast as others is a major plus.

Great Printer for Home Office Use
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The printer and the set-up took me around 30 min (5 min to take out the box, set up and then anohher 20 to set up the printer with my laptop and phone) I love how easy it was to connect wifi to everything as I have a home network connection at home. The Lexmark Phone app made it real easy to set-up and I printed my test page all clear. The printer is really quiet to the point my mother who was sitting in the living room and I have it set up in my dining room maybe 20ft away could not tell I had started printing. This is a great small office printer and what it lacks like scanning capability you can use apps to utilize that feature and send over to the printer, and its probably clearer that way. Overall I like the easy set-up and how once you set it up with the app and Google cloud you can literally print from anywhere, my only con would be is I wish it had a direct scanning capability.

Excellent color laser printer
I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This is my first color laser printer and it does not disappoint. I appreciate laser printers (as opposed to inkjet printers) for office use, hands down. I print lots of documents and with a laser printer like this one (Lexmark C3326) it happens quickly and does not slow down my work flow. I have never felt the need for a color printer in my office. I will most often be using the black & white setting of this printer for my personal use. However, I printed some photos to test the color and they came out beautifully, and just as quickly as the black and white printer. So that is exciting and will be helpful for color documents.
Set-up was a little tricky--I had to do some googling. I received the printer driver CD in the box, but my Mac laptop does not accept CDs. Then I tried to download the driver from the Lexmark site but it said there was no Mac driver available for this particular model. However, I am successfully printing after connecting the printer and my laptop to my wifi network. So, it is working. It probably took me 20 minutes to figure out how to print successfully.
The set-up and unpacking of the physical printer was very easy and the instructions were very clear, communicating with photos rather than words.
This printer works very well, I just found set-up to be a bit confusing. Now that I am all set up it works wonderfully.
