Rated 5 out of 5 byThom from Short lifeIt worked great for a few months, then Blue tooth dongle stopped working and the system seemed to degrade for connecting with other Bluetooth sources. Now I am having trouble getting it to connect to anything. Seems to have operation life issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 byManu from Example: Great features!Very annoying Calisto 620 only works via Bluetooth. Sometimes the bluetooth connection does not work, or takes very long to connect. Also, when the battery is empty, I would simply like to connect Calisto 620 to my computer and use it but USB connection is only to load the battery! why?! If the battery is empty, even connected to the computer it will not work, it must charged beforhand! Very unpractical!! About the sound quality: I can clearly hear the colleagues in the call so the receiving fonction works well. BUT my colleagues complain each time that the sound quality using Calisto 620 is very poor, so the sending fonction is poor. Conclusion: bad sound quality, far from an easy plug-and-use, complicated Bluetooth search, battery to charge even though you did not use it.... Calisto 620 is really not recommanded!

Rated 5 out of 5 byChadG from Loud and SolidI implement UC solutions, and use devices for all my communications. I have this device and the competitor device, and I prefer the Calisto. It is much louder, than the Jabra, which is required for me as I have some level of hearing loss. The louder the better, and the Calisto delivers. the Jabra has no where near the same volume capability.
