Rated 5 out of 5 byMTucker from USB WiFi N StarTechIn a pinch, this device was exactly as I expected. I needed something for a very generic home user to access internet from their home wifi. This user was not tech savvy. Plug it in, add the software package, detect your home network name, 'and the game was won." Extremely satisfied, as is my home user. I have not heard from this user since, other than our inter office chat, which proves, the connectivity is stable.

Rated 5 out of 5 byTexasPro from Not suitable for daily useI purchased two of these units, and cannot use either now in my facility. Devices refuse to maintain connection. Other StarTech WiFi USB adapters work perfectly in the place of these. I'd recommend going with a larger, stronger unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBryan from Horrible speed and rangeAt 20 feet, it claimed 19mbps. I tested throughput at 1.5mbps with low reliability.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRogueWaver from Hardware works as expected, and software driver installation was easy.Very affordable solution, I used as a workaround to fix a broken internal wifi interface. To have repaired the notebook hardware it would have cost more than $100. This little usb hardware interface and software driver installation worked well without issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 byCDOO from Good for open areasThis usb wifi adapter worked great for open areas. Installation and setup was easy. Our only problem was in areas where there were a lot of obstructions, the device would lose signal. Overall this is a good economical solution for a wifi connection.
