Rated 5 out of 5 byRich from GREAT UPSWe purchased 20 Smart2200rmxl2up UPS units and are very happy with their ease of installation and network accessibility for status reporting. We also purchased the temp/humidity probe and it's come in handy a few times when other alarm systems were slower to report temperature rises in the server room. We're also very happy with Tripplight overall as the manufacturer. Great product - made in the USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 byMikeSmith from Great DisplayThe display is great. Gives me all the info I need in only a few seconds without having to run additional software. Just a quick glance and that's it. This alone makes it far superior to my old UPS that required software and a computer connection to view the same information.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJosh from Initially Great, but Questioning Long-term ReliabilityI deployed eight of these to eight different telecoms in our environment (on several different circuits) on May 28, 2016. All of them in environmentally controlled rooms, all of them monitored via SNMPWEBCARD and SolarWinds. No complaints for any of them the majority of the time-- in fact, they've been great. Until...A few months ago (June 2019), one of them spontaneously stopped working. Never found a cause for it. There weren't any power issues that day, normal load, etc. Swapped it out and brought it back for testing, and it'll occasionally power on, but the fan doesn't spin, and it eventually shuts itself off. Out of warranty, so support couldn't help. Then yesterday (September 16, 2019) another one unexpectedly dies. I still see no cause, the power graphs leading up to when it died look normal. Took it back for testing, and it's behaving the same as the other one that died-- dead fan and all.To be fair, we've had (and have) a lot of Tripp Lite products, and to my recollection there have been few problems traced back to them so far, but I'm still concerned about the remaining six that are in production. If they're not reliable, then they're no good.
