Rated 5 out of 5 byJake from Drivers not available onlineI purchased this device to use with a Surface Pro. Because it has a USB 3.0 port, I wanted a USB 3.0 device.Problem number one was getting it installed. The drivers are not available on Tripp Lite's website. It comes with a driver CD, but the Surface doesn't have a CD drive. I do have an external CD drive, so was able to get the drivers installed.Working in IT, I generally use my machines to test things. I've had a great amount of difficulty when trying to test network jacks in people office in determining if my issue is a bad jack or if the USB Ethernet adapter just decided not to work.My last straw was today after I reset my device. I have to reinstall the drivers in order to use this device, but I have no idea at this moment where my driver CD is. And, for reasons I don't understand, I can't just download them from Tripp Lite's site.
