This product worked great
I needed to access the HDD from an old computer that wouldn't turn on anymore. I pulled the HDD and connected it to another PC using this product. This worked and I was able to do what I needed to do. I highly recommend this product.

I found this USB 3.0 STAT/ IDE Adaptor to be very handy, worked just fine with the three external SATA drives I have. Easy to connect and use. I have the older 2.0 version but wanted the faster transfer rate.
This is a smaller in physical size as compared to the 2.0 unit, which I like and works just as well. The size does not matter as long as it works. I would assume it will work just as well with ide drives.

The excellent "All-in-one" set
