This Product is reliable and worth getting straight from Xerox
While this product lasts long, has quality color, and reliability, it is not easy to install as I first thought. However, the Chat staff at Xerox were great and got me helpful instructions.

Not a great product
This cartridge was out within 2 weeks?? We spent the extra money to buy the high capacity and it seemed to be out way too fast. We did make some extra copies than before but this one didn't last at all. Don't know if we received a defective one or what happened.
