HDMI/VGA didn't support two external monitors
Excellent product and customer service, however I needed 2 HDMI ports to support 2 external monitors

No 4K 60 FPS support
It's 2021 and this is still only 4K 30Hz (HDMI 1.4 standard), most monitors are already at 2K 60Hz+ but this thing can only do 1080P 60Hz

Not compatible with some popular monitors
I have tried this station both with my at home HP set up and my work Dell set up and several times I have to unplug and re-plug my monitors. I wasn't impressed with the connection. The resolution wasn't up to par and the connected display was pixelated and glitchy.

Works awesome!
This docking station works awesome! I ordered it for use on my computer; I have a Mac which only has USB C connectors, making it hard to use an optical mouse. With this I am able to connect my optical mouse AND can also use it to connect an additional monitor. Just plug it in and it is ready to use. Easy peasy.

Works great!
Glad I got this, it was so much needed and worth it! Super easy to figure out and use, and I like the small size of it so it's not bulky and taking up too much room on my desk. Image resolution is perfect!

Pleased
I am pleased with this product, 4K on point. It does the job well and brought no issues with charging the computer. It’s probably best to get a unit with more than one HDMI port so you are not limited.
