On both the Unify OpenStage 600CP desk phone and OpenStage 40, had to switch it to Unify, something else, and back to Unify to get it to work. Once I got it working, it's been an awesome headset. So only one star to be lost for the setup difficulties.

I also use it with my iPad and Windows PCs. The Bluetooth connection of the product is straightforward and stable once they are connected. The internal battery lasts sufficiently long during my commuting time, one and half hours. I am happy with its performance except when I try to answer a phone call by saying “answer” which does not seem to be recognized by my cell phone.
