Very Poor Range
The router is easy enough to set up but the range is VERY poor. Plan on spending more $$ for decent coverage.
Constant restart
Stay away from this router. It worked well for the first month then the constant restarting started. It will begin like once every few weeks till now it a few times a day. You'll be in the middle of streaming a show then the blue light will flash red. Turned off auto updates it still will power cycle smh. I use
Worst Linksys router I have ever owned...
Okay this makes the fifth linksys router bought in the past 3 months and By far I have never owned such crappy router(s)... Where to start-well IP addresses are not properly handled. If I assign an IP address in the router say for smart light to 192.168.1.160 and assign it that, my light should always be that.
Get ready to upgrade your stuff
Great Router as long as you have new stuff to connect to it; legacy things like WINK Hub 1st Gen was an EPIC FAILURE! Had to revert back to my E2500 - Linksys Wi-Fi Router N600 Multiple User even after over two hours of customer support from Linksys; says my ticket has been escalated; will see as I've got a mon

Needed something reliable and wanted to stick with Linksys. This router has been anything but reliable and ready to return to Best Buy. The latency when browsing is hor
Not sure I'm going to keep it
I received this router Wednesday and hooked it up that evening. The setup was relatively easy with the phone app. Signal strength throughout my two-story, 2000 sq foot house is pretty solid (though 2.4 Ghz signal seems to be more commonly available unless quite close to the router, when you can then get the 5 G
garbage setup
it took me over two hours to setup this router. The password that was printed on the router didn't work when I tried to use it on my computer, phone, tablet, or the app. I shouldn't have to spend that long just to login to a router let along set it up. Then when I tried to contact customer support, the page was
