CDW did everything possible to process and expedite the delivery but through no fault of CDW, UPS experienced shipping delays which prevented the item to be delivered on time. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fred from Good product features and quality Purchased subject item from CDW with a promised expedited delivery date. CDW did everything possible to process and expedite the delivery but through no fault of CDW, UPS experienced shipping delays which prevented the item to be delivered on time. Their delivery arrived two days later than the promised delivery date. CDW was advised and I refused delivery per their instruction. CDW processed a refund for the item in a professional and timely manner and is working on processing a refund for the UPS delivery cost incurred. I'm sorry this sale didn't work out, but sometimes an event like this and how the company handles it tells you much about the company's integrity, their personnel and their desire to please their customer.....all of which is top rate. Despite the way it turned out I rate them 5 STARS OUT OF FIVE. I will look forward to doing future business with CDW and happily recommend them to others.
