Patch panel port was defective
after 10 hours of trouble shooting the network cables, switch configurations and the wire pulling vendor in. It was determined that port 2 of the brand new patch panel was defective. will buy other Tripp Lite products but never again a patch panel

Easy to install and mount in a vertical orientation. Liked the snap on cable manager attachments. Very pleased.

As far as I know this product works fine. I like the compactness and easy wire connection. I wish it had colored marks that divides the areas between the individual ethernet lines. And I wish it came with a colored wiring sheet to look at so you don't have to look at the panel to see it when doing the punch dow
