Essential for a home office
I'm on a hybrid work schedule (3 day in, 2 days out) so I'm plugging or unplugging my laptop at least twice a week. I got tired of feeding the power cord down behind my desk then crawling underneath to plug it in. This is a perfect solution. Makes the power outlets easily accessible. Charging ports are a bonus.

This does what it needs to do, give you clean power and to protect your electronics from surges. Its well made and the outlets are tight so you don't get no lose/fallout of your wall warts. Also has great spacing of the outlets!

To avoid taking up space the unit is mounted on the back corner of the workbench, see the photo attached. Mounting was a snap and very secure. Now the workbench light stays plugged in below the workbench and the chargers stay plugged in on top and there is an outlet for the vac. The usb ports are a bonus, I don't have to take the bicycle lights into the house to charge them. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clamp is not designed for the power block I purchased this block to use on location and was interested in the table clamp feature, however it was not the big selling point. When I received it, I made sure the USB ports were enough to power my two USB devices. Decided to try the clamp and found that the block would not fit into the clamp as designed. The steel is heavy duty so it could not have bent. The opening in the clamp is about 1/4" too small to fit the power block.
